Return Policy

Nick's Building Supply goes through great lengths to package your product with A Grade materials. If for any reason a product must be returned it is the sole responsibility of the customer to re-crate the product in a similar fashion as to it was received. Make sure you completely inspect your product before it is fully uncrated, so if a return is necessary it can be accomplished with minimal effort. We will not be held responsible for any costs related to returning items. If any issues arise during the inspection process please contact the Nick's Service Department immediately for instructions. Goods that have been Installed may not be canceled, returned or refunded.

Goods which have been stained or installed may NOT be cancelled, returned or refunded, subject to the express terms of the warranty provided. On cancelled orders or permitted returns, Customer shall pay a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods. To qualify for a refund on returned goods, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received by the Customer, in their original packaging, and in accordance with all return terms and conditions found on Vendors website: Nicksbuilding.com. When it comes to “Custom” doors. These are one of a kind products that are made to your specifications. Once manufactured there are no cancellations. Once shipped and installed there are no returns. All sales are final when it comes to customs.

Warranty

This Order is made subject to the terms and conditions of the Warranty as set forth at Vendor's website at Nicksbuilding.com, which are incorporated herein by this reference. By accepting this Quote, Customer acknowledges that it has read and accepts the terms of the Seller's warranty. Any disputes/claims are handled at Nick’s discretion. Nicks has up to 1 calendar year to settle any disputes/claims. Your order (including these Terms and Conditions) for which resort to the courts is sought by either party, Vendor and Customer each agree that personal jurisdiction and venue in any such legal proceedings shall be exclusively in the Superior Court of Lake County, State of Indiana, and the transaction between the parties shall be governed by Indiana law. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES VENDORS NO REFUND POLICY ON STAINED OR INSTALLED GOODS, SUBJECT ONLY TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY Venue and Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute arising under your order (including these Terms and Conditions) for which resort to the courts is sought by either party, Vendor and Customer each agree that personal jurisdiction and venue in any such legal proceedings shall be exclusively in the Superior Court of Lake County, State of Indiana, and the transaction between the parties shall be governed by Indiana law.
