 Pricing on our fire rated exterior doors are marginally more than our similar single exterior wood doors.
These fire rated doors are commonly used between house and attached garage.
They are also used in hotels and other commercial applications.
Doors are 1 3/4" thick , have weather-stripping, adjustable threshold,
Ball Bearing hinges (your choice of finish), have US and CANADA approved fire rating tag,
and are bored for lockset.

NOTE: Check your local building codes.
Fire Rated Doors are usually required
between garage and house.
